It's canning time at the Gibson's house

This is the beginning of the process. The tomatoes and peppers are cut up and sit in a pan waiting to be cooked and put into a jar. Here's the middle of the process. The jars get filled with salsa then go into the big black pot and cook.
Mom just finished filling this jar up with salsa. Yummy!!
Here is the end of the process. The jars are done and are cooling off.
